Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Casablanca – Fes
We begin our journey from the modern city of Casablanca and head east through the picturesque Moroccan countryside to the historic city of Fes. Upon arrival, we will settle into our accommodation and have free time to explore the charms of the UNESCO World Heritage Medina of Fes with its maze of narrow streets, souks and centuries-old mosques.
Day 2: Fes – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)
After breakfast, we will head south through the breathtaking scenery of the Middle and High Atlas Mountains to Merzouga, in the heart of the Sahara Desert. On the way, we will pass through beautiful mountain scenery, picturesque Berber villages and lush valleys. Upon arrival in Merzouga, we will meet our friendly nomadic hosts and prepare for an exciting camel trek through the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi. In the evening, we will enjoy a spectacular sunset over the dunes and settle into our Berber camp, where we will spend the night under a starry sky.
Day 3: Merzouga – Marrakech
After breakfast and bidding farewell to the desert, we will head west through the changing landscape of southern Morocco to the vibrant city of Marrakech. Upon arrival, we will explore the bustling Jemaa el-Fna square, the lush Majorelle Gardens and the labyrinths of the Medina, where we will discover traditional markets, craft workshops and beautiful palaces.
Day 4: Marrakech – City Exploration
Today we will spend the day exploring Marrakech at our own pace. We will be able to visit the impressive Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, the Marrakech Museum and other sights of the city. We will also have the opportunity to bargain in the souks, enjoy a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride through the city or simply relax in a traditional cafe and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Marrakech.
Day 5: Marrakech – End of the Tour
