Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Todra Gorges
We begin our adventure in Marrakech, where we will meet our expert guide and embark on our journey to the south of Morocco. Our first destination is the spectacular Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that will take your breath away with its unique architecture and breathtaking views. We will continue our journey to the impressive Todra Gorges, where we will stop to admire the imposing rock walls and enjoy a delicious Berber lunch.
Day 2: Todra Gorges – Merzouga
Today we will head into the desert towards Merzouga, where two nights of pure magic under the stars await us. After a scenic drive through desert landscapes, we will arrive in Merzouga, where we will be greeted by the warm hospitality of the desert nomads. In the afternoon, we will venture on an exciting camel ride through the dunes of Erg Chebbi, where we will witness a breathtaking sunset over the desert. Afterwards, we will enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and settle into our desert camp, where we will spend the night under a blanket of stars.
Day 3: Merzouga Desert Exploration
Wake up to the soft glow of dawn over the dunes and enjoy a traditional Berber breakfast in the heart of the desert. Today we will explore the wonders of Merzouga in depth, from dune trekking to encounters with local nomads and authentic cultural experiences. You will have the opportunity to learn about life in the desert, participate in activities such as sandboarding or simply relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery around you. In the evening, we will gather around a campfire under the starry sky to share stories and traditional Berber music.
Day 4: Merzouga – Fez
After breakfast, we will bid farewell to the desert and head towards Fez, one of Morocco’s oldest and most impressive cities. On the way, we will pass through traditional Berber villages and spectacular scenery before arriving in Fez, where we will be greeted by the bustle of city life and the city’s rich history. We will spend the day exploring the labyrinthine alleys of the ancient medina, visiting historic mosques, madrasas and souks, and immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture of this imperial city.
